The Greece Central School District has filed a Labor Condition Application (LCA) seeking employment for a H-1B Nonimmigrant to work as a secondary music teacher. The period of employment will be Jan. 3, 2024-Jan. 2, 2027. The LCA is available for public inspection at 750 Maiden Lane, Rochester, NY 14615. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in labor condition application and/or failure to comply with terms of labor condition may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
